Everyday Toasts: The Yoga Instructor Toast
Post-Workout Yogi Toast – Loaded with asparagus and healthy greens, this vegan sandwich will keep you feeling full, energized and balanced for hours!

Main Ingredients
- 1 slice Dave's Killer Good Seed Bread
- 1/2 small ripe avocado
- 1 leaf kale
- 4 tips asparagus
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (melted)
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 thin slices of English cucumber
- small handful alfalfa sprouts
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Lightly toast bread.
Step 2
Mash avocado onto bread with a fork so it's spread evenly.
Step 3
Add kale and asparagus tips.
Step 4
Drizzle on coconut oil and sprinkle on sea salt.
Step 5
Put in the oven on low broil just until asparagus is toasted.
Step 6
Add cucumber and sprouts. Devour.
