Directions
Keep frozen. Heating: Fry: In deep fryer or large, heavy pot, heat 1-1/2 inch Goya corn oil, vegetable oil or canola oil over medium-high heat until oil temperature registers 325 degrees F. Add Goya Cocktail Beef Potato Puffs; cook until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F), 6-8 minutes. Using slotted metal spoon, transfer potato puffs to paper towel-lined plate to drain. Serve warm. Bake: Heat conventional oven or toaster oven to 425 degrees F. Transfer potato puffs to greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F), 12-15 minutes. Serve warm. Microwave: Place potato puffs on microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high power until cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F), 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute before removing from microwave. Serve warm. For Best Results: Cook from frozen state.
