Directions Keep frozen. Cooking: Keep frozen. Cooking times very depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts, reduce cook time. Do not overcook. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Spread frozen latkes in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. 3. Bake 12-20 minutes or to light golden color. Turn latkes halfway through the cook time. Deep Fry: 1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. 2. Place frozen latkes in fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full. 3. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. 4. Fry 2-3 minutes or to a light golden color. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen food can cause splattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully.
