After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare hem with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, poultry or eggs are ever used in any Amy's products. Amy's favorite pocket sandwich is this version of the classic cheese pizza, made with our flavorful organic tomato pizza sauce and lower fat mozzarella cheese. This popular pocket sandwich is natural for snacks and lunches for both kids and adults. Certified organic by QAI.

Directions Keep frozen. Remove and discard overwrap. Place on cookie sheet or foil. Conventional Oven: Preheat, bake at 350 degree F for 20-25 minutes. Toaster Oven: Bake at 325 degree F for 25-30 minutes. Microwave Oven: Remove and discard overwrap. Place on paper towel. Heat on High 2-21/2 minutes or until hot. Rotate once during heating. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. For crispier crust, place microwaved pocket sandwich in toaster oven for 2-3 minutes at 375 degree F. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
