Directions Keep refrigerated. To Roast: Place in an uncovered shallow pan and roast at 425 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F internal meat temperature. As oven temperatures may vary, please adjust cooking time accordingly. To grill: Place tenderloin on a lightly oiled grilling rack over Medium-High heat (400 to 450 degrees F). Close grill lid and cook for approximately 20 minutes per pound or until thermometer registers 160 degrees F internal meat temperature. Turn as needed to brown evenly.
