Always cook to 165 degree F. The safe way to cook your Turkey Sausage: Completely cook turkey sausage until it is well-done and reaches a uniform, internal temperature of 165 degree F. Always use a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the turkey sausage. Quick and Easy Cooking Methods: Stovetop Method: Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Place dinner sausage in hot skillet. Cook covered, turning occasionally, 17-19 minutes. Grill: Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
