Directions Pork Gravy: Total Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 cup. You will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Gravy Mix. 1 cup cold water. Stovetop Directions: 1. Stir water gradually into gravy mix with whisk in small saucepan. 2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. (Gravy will thicken upon standing). Microwave Directions: 1. Stir water into gravy mix in 1-1/2-quart microwaveable bowl. 2. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate. Must be cooked for food safety. Kitchen Tips: Serve over hot meat sandwiches, mashed potatoes or stuffing. Apple Pork Gravy: Use 1/3 cup apple juice and 2/3 cup water to prepare gravy. Stir 1/2 cup each thinly sliced cooked apple and onion into prepared gravy. Herbed Pork & Mushroom Gravy: Stir 1 cup chopped or sliced sauteed mushrooms and 1/4 tsp. McCormick thyme leaves into prepared gravy.
