Directions You Will Need: 1 lb lean ground beef; 1-1/4 cups hot water; 1-3/4 cups milk. 1. Brown: Brown beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. 2. Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and pasta. Heat to boiling. 3. Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat. Refrigerate leftovers. Add your own twist! Turn the flavor up, stir in shredded mozzarella cheese and diced tomatoes just before serving. Garnish with basil.
