Directions For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. You Will Need: 1 lb Lean ground beef or turkey. 2-3/4 cups hot water. (1) Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet. (2) Stir: Stir in hot water, sauce milk and pasta heat to boiling. (3) Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. You Will Need: 1 (15-oz) can black or pinto beans, rinsed & drained. 2-3/4 cups hot water. (1) Heat: Add rinsed and drained beans, hot water, sauce mix and pasta to a 10-inch skillet; stir well. heat to boiling. (2) Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. Try with black beans instead of ground beef. Add your own twist! Add some pizzazz! Stir in drained kidney beans, diced tomatoes and shredded Cheddar cheese just before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
