Directions You Will Need: 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1 egg (for cakelike brownies, use 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs). Time to bake! 1. Heat. Heat your oven to 350 degrees F if you have a shiny metal pan or 325 degrees for dark, nonstick or glass pan. Grease bottom of pan with cooking spray or shortening. 2. Stir. In a medium bowl, stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg until well blended. Spread in pan. 3. Bake. Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Let cool completely before frosting. Squeeze the frosting pouch for 10 seconds or until softened. Cut off one end of the pouch with scissors. Squeeze frosting over brownies, then spread evenly. Store tightly covered. For easy cleanup, line the brownie pan with foil for easy removal and cutting. For brownies in a 13x9 pan, heat oven to 325 degrees F; use 2 boxes of brownie mix, 1/2 cup water, 2/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Bake 47-50 minutes. High Altitude
