Directions What You'll Need: 1 lb (450 g) chicken, beef, lamb, seafood or vegetables; 2 cups (380 g) basmati rice. Optional: 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt. Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat two teaspoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of died meat, seafood, or vegetables and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 3. Pour simmer sauce in pan, stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to simmer until fully cooked and tender. 4. Serve on a bed of steamed rice. Our Tip: For that extra rich restaurant flavor try drizzling cream over your dish just before serving, and serve with chapattis to soak up the sauce. Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
