We source the grapes for Patelin de Tablas Blanc from some of Paso Robles top Rhone-style varietal vineyards: Catherine's (22%); La Vista (5%); Chequera (17%); Tablas Creek (5%); Paso Ridge (14%); Dawson Creek (4%); Hidden Valley (11%); Burbank Ranch (4%); Edward Sellers (8%); Briarwood (4%); Paso Uno (6%). Patelin de Tablas Blanc marries the richness and vibrancy of Grenache Blanc with the aromatic s of Viognier and the structure and minera lity of Marsanne and Roussanne. Alcohol 13.5% by volume.
