Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degree F as measured by a thermometer. Since cooking appliances very, these instructions are guidelines only. Stove Top: Place frozen O Organics Garden Blend Vegetables in 1/4 cup boiling water for every cup of vegetables. Bring to second boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender (6-7 minutes). Season to taste and serve. Microwave: Place frozen O Organics Garden Blend Vegetables in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for each 8 oz. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes. Stir after 2-3 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Caution: Product will be hot. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze promptly refrigerate leftovers. Keep frozen.
