Directions Storing & Freezing: Our breads have no preservatives so they are best the day you buy them. We recommend keeping the cut side down on a cutting board covered with a clean, dry dishcloth. If the bread begins to harden, moisten it with a little water and refresh the crust in a 400 degree oven for 5-10 minutes. Our breads keep very well frozen, just wrap the loaf tightly in plastic and place in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer. When you are ready to use it, unwrap, thaw and follow instructions for refreshing the crust. Enjoy! Storing Tip: Avoid storing bread in the refrigerator. Refrigeration will make the bread stale faster.
