Directions Perishable. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly. Preparation Instructions: Cook From Frozen To Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place frozen calamari rings and tentacles on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. For best results turn calamari over after 5 minutes. For extra crispness bake an additional 1-2 minutes. Serve hot with marinara sauce. To Deep Fry: Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F. Place frozen calamari rings and tentacles in fryer basket and deep fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Sauce Directions: Quick thaw sauce pouch under warm running water. Open pouch and pour sauce in a microwave safe bowl and cover. Heat on high for 20-30 seconds. Discard any unused portion Do not refreeze or refrigerate.
