Directions For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. You Will Need: 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey; 1-1/4 cups hot water; 2 cups milk; 2 tbsp butter. (1) Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium - high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain: return cooked meat to skillet; (2) Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, butter, sauce mix and pasta. Heat to boiling; (3) Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. You will need: 5 fully cooked hot dogs cut in 1/2 - inch pieces. 1-1/4 cups hot water. 2 cups milk. 2 tbsp butter. (1) Heat: Add hot water, milk, butter, sauce mix and pasta to 10-inch skillet; stir well. Heat to boiling; (2) Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally; (3) Add: Stir in hot dog pieces; cover and continue to simmer 2 to 4 minutes, until pasta is tender and hot dog pieces are heated through. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. Add your own twist. Dial up the flavor. Stir in chopped onion just before simmering. Add shredded cheddar cheese and chopped dill pickles just before serving.
