Directions
Authentic Asian Rice Recipe Serves 6 (1-1/2 Cups of Cooked Rice Per Serving): 1. Put 3 cups of rice in 2 qt pan. Wash and drain 1-2 times. 2. Add 4 cups of water (for dryer rice, add less water). 3. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil 1 minute on medium high heat. 4. Cover pan and turn to low heat; simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. For perfect rice every time Niko Niko and Sun Luck recommend using an automatic rice cooker.
