Directions
Cooking Instructions: For food safety, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. All You Need: 1 package Signature Select Chili Seasoning Mix; 1 lb ground beef or turkey; 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce or 1 (14-1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained; 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, undrained. Directions: 1. Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat. 2. Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomato sauce or diced tomatoes, and kidney beans. 3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onions or sour cream, if desired. Makes 4 servings. Tasty Tips: Use as a topping for baked potatoes, hot dogs or fries. Serve with rice, corn bread or a tossed green salad.
