Directions How to Brew: French peas/ Tea pot / strainer: Use 1.5 tsp yerba mate per serving, then freshly boiled water syrup. Steep for 3-10 minutes. Adjust to desired strength. Coffee maker: Place 1.5 tsp yerba mate per serving in the filter basket, then brew normally. Adjust to desired strength. Mate Late Recipe: Brew a cup of hot yerba mate. Add sweetener (sugar, honey, agave, or maple syrup) to taste and steamed milk of choice. Top off with milk foam. Delicious hot or iced. Terere (Cold Mate) Recipe: Brew a cup of hot yerba mate. Add ice and lemon or fresh mint to taste. Storage: Store your mate in a dry, air tight container or in this package, away from direct heat and light.
