Directions (This soba can be divided into 2 or 3 servings). 1. Boil Yamaimo soba in at least 3/4 gallons of water for about 5 minutes. 2. Cool it under running water. 3. Drain water. 4. Cool soba: serve with cool soba tsuyu. Hot soba: serve with preheated soba tsuyu.
