Directions Cornbread: Entire bag of Glutino Gluten Free pantry Yankee Cornbread Mix; 1/4 cup sugar; 1-1/3 cups low-fat buttermilk (You may adapt the recipe to suit your needs by using an equal amount of a substitute ingredient.; 1 egg lightly beaten (You may adapt the recipe to suit your needs by using an equal amount of a substitute ingredient.); 6 tbsp melted butter (You may adapt the recipe to suit your needs by using an equal amount of a substitute ingredient). Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8 x 8 inch pan. Combine mix and sugar. Add wet ingredients and mix to moisten. Pour into pan and bake 25 minutes or until top is golden. Serve warm.
