Directions Stove Top Directions: Cook: Mix 1-1/2 cups water, 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, Rice Mix and 1 tbsp. butter (optional) in 2-quart saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Enjoy: Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Pair: Serve with pork chops, shrimp or steak. Tips and Tricks: Veggify: Add 1 thinly sliced medium bell pepper or 1 cup cooked corn. Quick & Easy: Add leftover cooked chicken for a quick filling for fajitas. Homemade: Make it spicy by adding 1 can (4 1/2 oz.) chopped green chiles.
