To Prepare: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Do not refreeze. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Conventional Oven: 1. Place oven rack in center of the oven. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 3. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. 4. Bake for 23 to 25 minutes. For best results, flip halfway through baking. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Try them in sandwich! (w/spicy slaw). Keep frozen.
