Microwave: Place frozen carrots in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add a small amount of water and cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and season to taste. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. To return highest quality and texture. Do not overcook. Great Ways to Enjoy: Steam and serve with butter and fresh dill or brown sugar. Boil with a little bit of water until tender.
