Directions
Keep frozen. Cooking: Cook fillets thoroughly before serving (fully cooked fish cuts easily with a fork and must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Not fully cooked. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove fillets from pouch before cooking. Conventional Oven: For best results, cook in oven. 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place fillets, seasoned side up, in a shallow metal baking pan. 3. Bake uncovered 18 to 20 minutes (fully cooked fish cuts easily with a fork and must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Note: Fish will naturally release moisture while cooking. Microwave Oven (1100 watts): 1. Place fillets, seasoned side up, on a microwavable plate and cover loosely. 2. Microwave 1 fillet on High for 3-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes (fully cooked fish cuts easily with a fork and must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving) or 2 fillets for 6 to 8-1/2 minutes (fully cooked fish cuts easily with a fork and must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Rotate plate during cooking. Caution, plate may be hot. Important: Microwave wattages vary, times are approximate.
