Directions Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Saute. Heat a lightly oiled large skillet on medium-high. Add 1-1/4 pounds shelled and deveined shrimp. Saute until just opaque, about 1 minute. Step 2: Simmer. Add one jar of simmer sauce. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat until shrimp is cooked thoroughly (145 degrees F), about 5 minutes. Step 3: Serve. Enjoy with hot cooked rice or noodles. Chef's Tip: Also try with chicken instead of shrimp. Brown chicken for 5 minutes then simmer with sauce 5-10 minutes until cooked thoroughly (165 degrees F). Add capers, if desired. Great with shrimp or chicken. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
