Directions
Keep your brewing equipment spotlessly clean. Use freshly roasted coffee. Use a burr grinder on the correct setting for your brew method or coffee maker. Rinse filters to avoid a papery taste in your coffee. Use freshly drawn filtered or bottled water. Use a proper ratio of coffee to water: 1 part coffee to 16 parts water or 2 tablespoons per 6 ounce cup. Brew with water just off the boil (205-210 degrees Fahrenheit). Store brewed coffee in a thermal carafe; heating or reheating brewed coffee destroys flavor. Store a week's supply of coffee in an airtight container, away from heat, cold, and light.
