Directions Cooking Instructions: Skillet (Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven or stove. For your safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F): 1. Add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or electric fry pan over medium heat. 2. Evenly distribute potatoes in skillet or fry pan. 3. cook potatoes 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve hot. Oven (Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven or stove. For your safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F): 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a 7 inches x 11 inches x 2 inches or larger baking pan. 3. Add potatoes. 4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown stirring once or twice. Keep refrigerated. Never frozen.
