Directions Microwave: Place frozen vegetables in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. Heat on high 8 to 10 minutes. Stirring halfway through cooking time. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. Stove top: Bring 1/4 cup water to boil in 3 quart saucepan. Place frozen vegetables in boiling water. Cover and boil 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and serve. Stir Fry: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet. Place frizen vegetables in oil. Stri fry 7 to 8 miutes over medium to high heat until crisp/tender.
