You Will Need: 2 cups water for rice. 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 1-1/4 cups water for sauce. Success Tip: Adjust heat setting, cook times and amount of oil as needed. Rice: 1. Cook: Add Rice and 2 cups water to 2-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 20 minutes, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. While rice is cooking, continue with step 2. Chicken: 2. Cut & Coat: Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and place in medium bowl. Add Seasoned Coating; stir to coat. 3. Cook: Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add chicken to hot oil; cook about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until deep golden brown on all sides. 4. Simmer: Reduce heat to medium-low.
