Directions
Cooking Instructions: Do not microwave pouch. For slow cooker preparation: saffronroad.com/cooking. Ingredients: 2 tbsp Canola or Sunflower oil. 1 lb Fish, chicken or vegetables. 1 pouch Saffron Road Thai Red Curry Simmer Sauce. Thai Basil and Tomato Slices for Garnish. Saute: Heat oil in a heavy skillet, add fish, chicken and/or vegetables, saute until cooked through. Slightly brown ingredients to add flavor & texture. Simmer: Reduce heat, add sauce, stir gently and simmer until sauce begins to bubble. Serve: Serve with jasmine rice or rice noodles, add garnish, Enjoy!
