Amy's pad Thai and Thai red curry have been so popular with our customers - we were thrilled when our friend who created the recipes came to us with a recipe for another traditional Thai dish, Thai green curry. It starts with our unique homemade curry sauce. We pour it over a mixture of vegetables, including organic sweet potatoes, green beans, yellow zucchini and fire-roasted red bell peppers. Then we add tofu, a good source of protein, and serve it over fragrant jasmine rice. The result is so delicious that we know you'll be as delighted with this dish as we are. Amy's dad is not much of a cook (ask Amy), but he feels like a real chef preparing these dishes - carefully stirring and tasting the food as it heats on top of the stove, then triumphantly serving it

Directions
Perishable. Keep frozen. Ovens may vary. Stovetop (Chef Recommended): These instructions are for a 10-inch pan. Pour contents of bag into nonstick skillet. Cover. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Heat until sauce comes to a simmer and meal is heated, about 8-10 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Microwave Oven: Place contents in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir. Cook on high for 2-3 more minutes, until heated. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve.
