Directions How to Prepare: Stovetop: Place frozen broccoli into a small amount of boiling water. Cover; steam for three to five minutes or until tender. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen broccoli into a covered microwave-safe dish. Add a small amount of water and cook on high for three to four minutes. Microwave heating times may vary. Drain and season to taste. For food safety and best quality, cook a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. To return highest quality and texture, do not overcook. Great Ways to Enjoy: Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender but crunchy. Season to taste. For a quick & healthy lunch, pair broccoli with Stahlbush Black Beans & Brown Rice. Microwave on high for two to three minutes. Add cheddar cheese and top with salsa or salad dressing. Steam for five to seven minutes and season with butter and a dash of lemon juice. Keep frozen. Store at or below 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C).
