Directions Cook dried mushrooms before eating. Reconstitution directions on back of package. Store this package in a cool dry place prior to using. To Reconstitute: Reconstitute (soak) dried mushrooms in boiling water 15-20 minutes. Stir or agitate the mushrooms while soaking to dislodge any extraneous material or stones. If cooking using the soaking water, strain the mushrooms and save the water. Remove any extraneous material and stones in the mushrooms and rinse prior to cooking. 1 oz dried mushrooms reconstitutes to 3 - 4 oz.
