Cooking Directions: Stove Top Skillet: 1. Preheat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a 12 inches nonstick skillet over medium heat. 2. Evenly spread half bag of frozen potatoes across cooking surface to a thickness of about 1/2-1 inch. 3. Cook for 5 minutes, turn potatoes over, and cook an additional 5 minutes. For food safety product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep frozen. Do not thaw read and follow cooking instructions as product must reach a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Note: Frozen food may develop ice crystals causing hot oil to spatter. Please add potatoes carefully.
