Sriracha Aioli Sauce (Water, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Pickled Red Chili, Garlic, Salt, Onion, Modified Tapioca Starch, Natural Spices), Taco Mix Seasoning (Chili Pepper, Cumin, Oregano, Red Pepper, Dried Onion, Salt, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Sugar, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Citric Acid, Tapioca Starch, Sunflower Oil, Yeast Extract).
Directions
Keep frozen/do not refreeze. Northern Chef Home Style Baja Shrimp Tacos: Ingredients (for 3 to 4 tacos): Northern Chef Wild Baja Peeled & Deveined Shrimp: 1 tsp vegetable oil; taco seasoning mix (included); 1 cup prepared vegetable slaw (Julienne sliced cabbage, carrots and onions); 3-4 (8 inch) flour or corn tortilla; Sriracha aioli sauce (included). Optional Ingredients: fresh avocado slices; fresh cilantro; salsa. Thaw shrimp in refrigerator overnight for 8-10 hr. For a quick thaw, run bag under cold water for about 20-30 min. Rub defrosted Northern Chef Wild Baja Shrimp with vegetable oil and taco seasoning. Cook per instructions using oven, stovetop or grill method. Cook until 140 degrees F internal temperature. Arrange slaw and other taco ingredients on tortillas. Top with cooked shrimp and then Sriracha aioli sauce. For Oven Method: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Appliance temperatures may vary. Please consider the performance of your appliance when following these directions. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on baking sheet. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and internal temperature of 140 degrees F. Do not overcook. For Stovetop Method: Pre-heat 10-12 inch fry pan over medium-high heat. Place seasoned shrimp in pan and allow to brown lightly; turn shrimp over and allow to brown lightly. Cook to internal temperature of 140 degrees F. Do not overcook. For Grill Method: Preheat grill. Place seasoned shrimp on grill and allow to brown lightly, (about 5 minutes); turn shrimp over and allow to brown lightly. Cook to internal temperature of 140 degrees F. Do not overcook.
