Directions
Microwave Instructions: To cook entire bag of Flav-R-Pac Broccoli-Normandy, place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cover. For lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 4-1/2 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 4-1/2 minutes. Allow to stand 3 minutes. Season to taste. For ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 3-1/2 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 3-1/2 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used. Stove Top Instructions: Bring 1/3 cup of water to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan. Add entire package of Flav-R-Pac Broccoli-Normandy and return to a boil, Reduce heat to medium, cover and boil gently for 8 to 10 until tender. Stir once during cooking time. Season to taste. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not refreeze! Keep frozen.
