Directions
Keep frozen. Microwave Instructions: To cook entire package of Flav-r-pac Sugar snap pea stir fry, place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cover. For lower wattages ovens, cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. For ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 3-1/2 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 3-1/2 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Note: microwave cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used. Stove Top Instruction: Heat a frying pan and 2 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and add entire package of Flav-r-pac sugar snap pea stir fry. Saute for 5 to 7 minutes stirring constantly. Season to taste. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not refreeze!
