Directions Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these. Cooking Instructions Microwave oven (for a 1200 Watts microwave): For best vegetable quality, please remove lid entirely and cover with paper towel while microwaving. Cook on high for 3 min and 45 seconds. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Conventional oven (Do not place this bowl in the oven): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Place on center rack. Cook for 45 minutes, stirring at the 20 minute point. Carefully remove dish & let cool for 2 minutes. before enjoying! Oven vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Keep frozen, my friend.
