Directions Frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: 1. Remove ribs from package. 2. (Optional) On a hot gas grill, grill ribs approximately 6 to 8 minutes per side. This will provide great grill marks, highlights, and flavor. 3. Pre-heat oven to 335 degrees F. Transfer ribs from grill to a foil-lined shallow pan and loosely tent ribs with another piece of foil over top. 4. Place ribs in pre-heated oven and cook for 2 to 2.5 hours. For a more dried appearance, the top foil can be removed for the last 20 minutes of cooking. If desired, a sweet BBQ sauce is a good complement to the ribs. Fro food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Allow to rest for at least 3 minutes.
