Directions Store tightly capped in a cool and dry place away from heat sources and light. Do no refrigerate. At temperatures below 20 degrees C (68 degrees F) olive may become cloudy, and below 10 degrees C (50 degrees F) white solid particles start to form. At 20 degrees C (68 degrees F) olive oil will become clear again. This has no impact on the quality.
