Yellow Cornmeal, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Bicarbonate Soda, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt.
Directions
To make, you will need: contents of box + 1 ⅓ cup milk + 2 eggs + 2 tbsp. Melted butter + ¼ cup cooking oil. Cooking instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Pour cornbread mix into a medium bowl. 3. In a small bowl, combine 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. Melted butter, 1 ⅓ cups milk and ¼ cup cooking oil. 4. Add liquid mixture to dry mix. Stir until just moistened. (batter will be thin.) 5. Pour batter into greased 9-inch square pan. Important: for this product to turn out properly a 9x9 inch pain is required. 6. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Baking times may vary.
