Directions Keep refrigerated for frozen. Previously handled frozen for your protection. For food safety and quality, follow these instructions. Thawing Instructions (if Frozen): Place unopened packaged on tray in refrigerator for 1-2 days, according to the chart provided. Do not open bag until turkey breast is defrosted. Keep turkey cold. Do not thaw at room temperature. Estimated Thawing Time: 4-5 lbs: 1 day refrigerator. 5-6 lbs: 1 day refrigerator. 6-7 lbs: 1-2 day refrigerator. 7+ lbs: 1-2 day refrigerator. Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove thawed turkey breast from bag. Place turkey breast, breast side up, in roaster or shallow roasting pan. Heat in center of oven at 350 degrees F, according to the following chart: 4-5 lbs: 1 hour thawed. 5-6 lbs: 1 to 1-1/4 hours thawed. 6-7 lbs: 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours thawed. 7+ lbs: 1-1/2 to 2 hours thawed.
