Directions For maximum flavor, smoked fish is best eaten at room temperature. Remove from or open package and allow product to reach room temperature for no more than 45 minutes. Keep refrigerated at 38 degrees F (3 degrees C) or less. Product should be kept refrigerated at or below 38 degrees F until 20 minutes before serving and used within 4 days of opening. Smoked fish can be frozen for a period of three months, but Ivy City Smokehouse does not recommend this practice.
