Keep refrigerated of frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking. Grill: 1. Prepare grill to medium-low heat. 2. Grill desired amount of thawed sausage, covered, 115-20 minutes; turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. as measured by a food thermometer. Stovetop: 1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add desired amount of thawed sausage; cook until brown, turning occasionally (about 5 minutes). 2. Reduce heat add 1/2 cup water and cover. Cook additional 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. as measured by a food thermometer. For safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. as measured by a food thermometer.
