Directions Roasted Provencal Potatoes: Prep: 10 minutes. Cook: 50 minutes. Serves: 6. Ingredients: 2-1/2 pounds new red or red bliss potatoes; 1/4 cup olive oil; 1 packet Victoria Taylor's Roasted Provencal Potatoes Seasoning; salt. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Cut the potatoes into 1-1/2 wedges (do not peel). 3. In a bowl or zip top bag, combine the potatoes, olive oil, and Roasted Provencal Potatoes Seasoning. 4. Place the potatoes, flesh side down, on a jelly roll pan or a rimmed cookie sheet. Cover the pan tightly with foil and cook for 20 minutes. 5. Remove foil and roast for another 15 minutes. 6. Turn each wedge over and roast for a final 15 minutes. Serve hot. Salt as desired.
