Directions
2 Ways to Prepare: Soaking Method (Slower): Soak noodles in hot tap water for 15 minutes. Do not over soak. Drain well, then stir-fry/saute together with favorite ingredients. Boiling Method (Faster): Add noodles to 4 quarts of boiling water, and cook 2 to 3 minutes stirring occasionally until tender yet firm (al dente). Drain well. Add your favorite pasta sauce, or stir-fry/saute.
