Directions
Keep frozen/not ready to eat/cook thoroughly. Baking Directions: 1. Allow pancake to thaw at room temperature for 15-45 minutes - or - thaw pancake overnight in refrigerator. 2. Preheat a conventional oven to 375 degrees prior to baking so that pancake will rise properly. 3. Remove cover, place pancake in center of the oven. 4. Bake the pancake for approximately 35-45 minutes. Note: Times will vary depending upon individual ovens and how long pancake was thawed at room temperature. Caution: When removing the pancake from oven, please be careful handling as foil pan and pancake are very hot. 5. The pancake is done when the center turns golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 6. Allow pancake to rest for 5 minutes and then place a serving platter over the top of the pancake and flip the pancake onto the platter. Carefully, remove foil pan and dust pancake with powdered sugar. Hint: For an exciting new flavor you may add your own ingredients half way through bake time when the batter has turned into a liquid state. Adding new ingredients in the liquid state will help new ingredients sink to the bottom of batter. Suggestions for new ingredients: chocolate chips, bacon bits, dried fruits, fresh fruits, cream cheese. Keep Frozen: Product must be cooked within one hour of reaching room temperature. Caution: Contents will be hot when removed from the oven. Take extra precautions when handling.
