Lentil, Red, Turkish, Masoor Dal
These tiny highly aromatic lentils are popular all over northern India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. They cook into a fine puree. These lentils, as are most in India, have been hulled and split. As a result they are easier to cook and easier for your digestive system.
