Cooking Instructions: Our preferred method for ultimate deliciousness. Step 1: Remove bowl from carton and cut a 1-inch slit in the film. Step 2: Microwave: Place in microwave. Cook on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds or until fully cooked (Product must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F for food safety and quality). Let stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir gently before serving. Or Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not remove film. Place bowl on a baking sheet in center or oven. Cook for 40 minutes or until fully cooked (Product must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F for food safety and quality). Remove bowl from oven and let stand for 2 minutes. Remove film and stir gently before serving. Caution: Food & bowl may be hot! Do not allow product to thaw, do not eat without cooking directions developed using 1100-watt microwave oven. Since microwave ovens vary, cooking times may required adjusting. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
